I just entered RPCFN #2

I don’t consider myself a Ruby newbie, but I was drawn to the Ruby Programming Challenge For Newbies #2 today. I’ll post and explain my solution when the contest is over! Thanks to Chris Strom for submitting the challenge!

    I used the time since epoch to average out the times..but my solution needs a "cutoff time" as part of the input. Be sure to check out the winners and especially the solutions that use geometry and clock faces!
